According to the poll, 61 percent said “one or more members of their family were martyred during the current war, while 65 percent said one or more members of their family were injured.”
The survey, made in both the Gaza Strip and the West Bank between May and June, pointed out that “only 26 percent of the population of the Gaza Strip have access to a place where they can get assistance and food."
However, the poll says "72 percent say they can, but with great difficulty or risk, while 2 percent say they cannot.”
According to the survey, 64 percent of Gaza residents say “they have enough food for only one or two days, while 36 percent say they do not have enough food for one or two days.”
“The sample size in this survey was 1,570 people, including 760 people who were interviewed face-to-face in the West Bank (in 76 residential locations) and 750 people in the Gaza Strip (in 75 locations)," according to the Palestinian Information Centre.
