On Monday morning, the occupation forces stormed homes in the village of Deir Abu Daif, east of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, and detained some Palestinians including the freed prisoner Yahya Al-Zubaidi, WAFA said.
On Sunday, the Israeli army bulldozed streets and several shops in the centre of Jenin city, a day after cutting off power and water in an adjacent camp.
WAFA also reported that Israeli forces continue to forcibly evacuate families from their homes in several neighbourhoods in Jenin camp.
The Israeli soldiers have detained residents and interrogated them in the camp square, with the camp seeing extensive raids, searches, and detentions.
Israel has maintained the siege of Jenin’s hospitals, prevented ambulances from transporting patients, and attacked volunteer crews who tried to transport food and supplies to the besieged families in Jenin camp.
According to the UN, at least 637 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli troops or settlers since the Gaza war began.
The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights called on Israel to immediately end its attack on the Jenin refugee camp, saying it had received "information that Israeli soldiers are rounding up dozens of young Palestinians from their homes and interrogating them, as well as subjecting them to various forms of mistreatment, including beatings."
