In the letters she sent to the cabinet ministers, Strock claimed that releasing Palestinians from detention has led to the recent attacks in the West Bank.
Strock, a member of the far-right Israeli Religious Zionism party, had previously hailed what she described as a “miracle period” of illegal settlement expansion in the West Bank ushered in by Benjamin Netanyahu's government.
In February, she denied the existence of the Palestinian people. “There is no such thing as a Palestinian people,” she said.
“There will never be a Palestinian state in the land of Israel,” Strock stated in a video recording her speech during a Knesset session on her X account.
At least 24 Palestinians have been killed since Israel launched its large-scale raids on Wednesday across the northern West Bank.
Several Arab and Western governments as well as UN officials have called on Israel to end its aggression on the Palestinian territory which it has occupied since 1967.
In the city of Jenin, the streets were largely deserted and most shops closed on Monday after loud explosions were heard during the night.
Israeli bulldozers in the Jenin city centre and other areas have caused damage to infrastructure including water systems.
A shooting attack in the southern West Bank on Sunday killed three Israeli police officers. The military said the suspected assailant was "eliminated" following a manhunt.
According to the UN, at least 637 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank by Israeli troops or settlers since the Gaza war began.
