Palestine Red Crescent Society said "Five killed and two seriously wounded in an Israeli strike on a car in Tubas," while the Palestinian WAFA news agency then reported that a Palestinian minor was killed after he was shot by Israeli forces in the Far'a camp, south of Tubas, raising the death toll to six.
The occupation forces fired several bullets at the 16-year-old Majed Fida Abu Zeina, abused him, prevented the ambulance crews from reaching him, and dragged him out of the camp using a military bulldozer, WAFA reported.
A large number of Israeli troops stormed the Far'a refugee camp in Tubas governorate, where explosions were heard, eyewitnesses told AFP.
Israel has killed at least 40 Palestinians across the West Bank since it launched a large-scale assault there, especially in the northern cities, on 28 August.
The fatalities include 21 from Jenin, eight from Tulkarm, eight from Tubas, and three from Hebron, bringing the death toll in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since 7 October 2023 to 692.
The occupation forces deliberately bulldozed the streets of Jenin, Tulkarm, and Tubas, destroying citizens' property, public and private facilities, and infrastructure, including water and electricity networks.
The Israeli forces also obstructed the work of medical teams and the movement of ambulances, with the United Nations reporting the Israeli military restricting hospital access and using "war-like tactics."
On Thursday morning, the occupation forces sent more military reinforcements to Jenin. Israeli soldiers stormed the vicinity of the governmental hospital and besieged the municipality building and a house in the city.
"Panic spread as the army was blowing up everything around without taking into consideration that there were children," Hanan Natour, a resident of Jenin refugee camp, told AFP on Wednesday.
Occupation forces also re-stormed Tulkarm city and besieged a hospital on Thursday, according to WAFA.
While Israel presses on its Gaza offensive, Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant claimed the military should use its "full strength" against Palestinian militants in the occupied West Bank.
