Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan announced this at the Global Alliance to Implement the Two-State Solution, which kicked off today in Riyadh today.

This alliance is concerned with translating the goal of establishing a Palestinian state "living in peace alongside Israel."

The Saudi foreign minister called for an immediate ceasefire in the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip and for the international community to work collectively to achieve peace in the region, describing the situation in Gaza as "tragic and catastrophic due to the Israeli blockade."

In his speech, bin Farhan set a ceasefire in the Israeli war and the establishment of a Palestinian state as a condition for proceeding with the issue of normalization with Israel.

He noted that several major countries have begun to recognize the Palestinian state and that efforts are underway to continue with the recognition of the remaining countries.

Bin Farhan explained that the meeting of the International Alliance to Support the Two-State Solution is the first step among several steps with the participation of 90 countries, and through it, the Kingdom will seek to mobilize international public opinion against Israel's practices against the Palestinian people.

In the same context, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini said that the Gaza Strip "has been systematically destroyed" and called on Israel to reverse its decision to ban the agency.
