The victims were identified as Rida Ali Ahmad Bisharat, 9, Hamza Ammar Ahmad Bisharat, 10, and Adam Khairuddin Ahmad Bisharat, 23, security sources told WAFA news agency.

Israeli occupation forces reportedly seized their bodies following the strike, WAFA reported.

Local sources said the strike hit citizens near their homes in a residential area.

The Israeli Army Radio claimed that it targeted three Palestinians as "they attempted to plant explosive devices."

Earlier in the day, the occupation troops raided Tammun, deploying snipers and infantry across multiple areas.

Troops also surrounded two homes and stormed several others.

During the raid, the occupation forces detained five wounded people, including children, and took them to an unknown location, sources told Al Jazeera.

The Israeli incursion also extended to the city of Tubas and the nearby town of Aqaba, where three Palestinians were detained after their homes were raided.

Since Israel started its genocidal war on Gaza on 7 October  2023, Israeli forces killed 843 Palestinians, including 175 children.

Over 6,700 Palestinians have been injured by the Israeli army and settlers' attacks in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.

Large-scale detentions

Israeli forces launched a wide-scale arrest campaign from Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning, detaining at least 45 Palestinians from the West Bank, including a child, two women, and former detainees.

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club reported that the arrests took place across the governorates of Hebron, Nablus, Tubas, Tulkarm, Ramallah, and Jerusalem.

The raids were accompanied by extensive acts of aggression, including physical assaults, threats against detainees and their families, and widespread vandalism and destruction of homes.

This brought up the number of those arrested or detained by Israel in the West Bank since October 2023 to more than 8,000 Palestinians.
