Twenty-four of the victims were killed in Israeli strikes in central and southern Gaza, according to media reports.
In Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, 13 people were killed in strikes targeting civilians’ homes.
According to Al Jazeera, five Palestinians, including three from the same family, were killed, and others were injured Wednesday morning in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
Additionally, several people were killed and injured in an Israeli attack on displaced people sheltering at Al-Ahli Club in the Sheikh Radwan neighbourhood, west of Gaza City.
In the south, seven people were killed in strikes targeting a home and a group of citizens in Rafah City.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Wednesday that the death toll in Gaza has risen to 46,707, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza on 7 October 2023.
The number of injured Palestinians also has climbed to 110,265 since the beginning of the Israeli aggression, while thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble.
In the past 24 hours alone, the Israeli forces have committed six massacres that killed 62 citizens and injured 253 others, the ministry said in a statement.
The fresh attacks came as Qatar, Egypt, and the United States have been intensifying efforts to broker a ceasefire deal in Gaza.
An Israeli source familiar with negotiations said that talks are ongoing in Doha on Wednesday.
