The development comes amid the ongoing military aggression that has persisted for the seventh consecutive day.

Since the early hours of the day, dozens of families have been displaced from the camp under threat of gunfire as Israeli soldiers continued their raids in the area, according to WAFA.

The assault has forced the residents to abandon their homes and seek refuge elsewhere.

Israeli occupation forces detained nine young Palestinian men today from the Tubas Governorate, including eight from the Al-Far'a refugee camp and one from the village of Bardala.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces have continued their wide-scale assault on Tulkarm city and its refugee camp for the thirteenth day in a row, targeting local citizens and their properties.

According to WAFA, the Israeli military deployed additional reinforcements, including infantry soldiers, to the city and refugee camp.

Bloody January!

The ongoing Israeli crackdown in Jenin and its refugee camp and elsewhere in the northern West Bank has killed dozens of Palestinians and destroyed hundreds of homes since the start of the year, forcing thousands to flee for their lives.

United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said Israeli occupation forces or settlers have killed at least 224 children since January 2023.

The figure accounts for nearly half of the 468 children who have been killed in the West Bank since records began in 2005.

This alarming trend has continued into 2025, with at least 10 Palestinian children, the youngest just two years old, among 70 people killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank in one of the deadliest Januarys for children.

About 309 people were also injured, including 57 children, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
