Israeli emergency services provider Magen David Adom said the attack involved "ramming, stabbing and shooting".
A 75-year-old man was killed, and a 20-year-old man was left in critical condition, both the result of "penetrating wounds", suggesting either shooting or stabbing, as reported by AFP.
The attack was the first in Israel since it resumed its genocidal war in the Gaza Strip last week, killing over 730 Palestinians in six days, mostly children and women.
Israel has carried out wide-scale military invasions in the occupied West Bank that killed hundreds of Palestinians and displaced at least 45,000 people.
