A strike on a home in the central town of Deir al-Balah killed 11 people, including five children as young as two, according to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, which received the bodies, AP reported.
Another four people were killed in a separate strike that hit a house in Deir al-Balah, it said.
Another strike in the northern town of Beit Lahiya flattened a home and killed a family of seven, AP said
A separate strike hit a group of people in an open area northwest of Gaza City, killing four people, including one who was planning to get married next week, the ministry said.
Separately, a media outlet affiliated with the Islamic Jihad resistance group announced the death on Monday of an employee named Ahmed Mansour in an Israeli strike on a tent used by journalists in the Khan Younis area.
The government media office had also on Monday reported the killing of journalist Helmi al-Faqawi, who worked for a local news agency, in the same Israeli strike, which also wounded another nine.
Another strike on Monday hit next to a charity kitchen where Palestinians crowded to receive cooked meals as food supplies dwindle under Israel's monthlong blockade of the Gaza Strip.
It has displaced nearly 400,000 Gaza residents since Israel resumed the war on the Palestinian territory, with relentless attacks leading to "large-scale civilian casualties," the UN secretary-general's spokesman said Monday.
Much of the Gaza Strip's population of roughly 2.4 million people had already been displaced at least once between October, 2023, when the war began, and the start of the short-lived ceasefire in January.
"We are witnessing acts of war in Gaza that show an utter disregard for human life," the agency chiefs said.
Israel resumed its intense war on the Gaza Strip on March 18, ending a two-month ceasefire after blocking the second phase of the deal. Efforts to restore the truce have so far failed.
Israeli occupation army has killed at least 1,391 Palestinians in the renewed aggression, taking the overall death toll since the start of the war to 50,752, mostly women and children.
