"Ten injuries during settler attacks in the Khala'il al-Luz area south of Bethlehem, including one injury from live ammunition, and nine injuries from beatings," the rescue service said in a statement.

A security source informed WAFA News Agency that the settlers attempted to burn down a home belonging to the Salahat family, but the local residents were able to confront them and drive them back.

A United Nations report recorded 264 settler attacks in October 2025, the highest monthly total on record since the start of the Israeli occupation in 1967.

Israeli occupation troops have killed more than 1,000 Palestinians and wounded more than 10,000 more in the West Bank by Israeli forces or settlers since October 2023, according to Palestinian health ministry figures.

The surge in settlers attacks come amid Israeli army crackdown in the northern West Bank, as forces moved into several towns and villages, according to Palestinian residents.

Palestinians said troops carried out raids on homes, some of which were turned into military posts after families were forced out.

Residents said the raids caused widespread disruption, displacing families, damaging homes, and restricting movement.
