The Ministry of Health confirmed that 38-year-old Bahaa Abdul Rahman Rashed succumbed to his injuries after being shot in the head by Israeli forces during the raid in Udala near Nablus.
Palestinian security and local sources reported that Israeli forces had stormed the centre of the village and the area surrounding the old mosque, where they opened fire with live ammunition, as well as deployed teargas and stun grenades at residents.
This occurred as worshippers were exiting the mosque, sparking violent confrontations. During the clashes, Abdul Rahman was critically injured by a live bullet to the head and was later declared dead.

In another assault, Israeli occupation forces prevented Palestinian farmers on Friday from ploughing their land and grazing their livestock in the village of al-Zuweidin in the Masafer Yatta region, south of Hebron, according to local sources.
WAFA also reported that Israeli settlers, under the protection of Israeli soldiers, forcibly stopped the farmers from working in their lands and tending to their animals, and ordered them to leave the area in al-Zuweidin.
In a separate incident, settlers attacked Palestinian civilians while they were working on their agricultural land in the village of Khirbet Yarza, east of Tubas, according to local sources.
Mukhles Masa’eed, the head of the Yarza village council, reported that colonists assaulted several citizens as they were working on their farms, beating them and damaging several olive trees.
A United Nations report recorded 264 settler attacks in October 2025, the highest monthly total on record since the start of the Israeli occupation in 1967.
More than 1,020 Palestinians have been killed and over 10,000 wounded in the West Bank by Israeli occupation forces or settlers since the start of Tel Aviv's genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023, according to Palestinian health ministry figures.
The surge in settler attacks comes amid an escalation in the Israeli army's terror campaign against Palestinians in the northern West Bank, as soldiers raided several towns and villages, according to Palestinian residents.
Palestinians said Israeli troops carried out raids on homes, some of which were turned into military posts after families were forced out.
Residents said the raids caused widespread disruption, displacing families, damaging homes, and restricting movement.
