One Palestinian was killed and another wounded when an Israeli drone struck near the Bani Suheila roundabout in central Khan Younis, medical sources told the official WAFA news agency.
Two others were killed by gunfire from Israeli military vehicles east of the Zeitoun neighbourhood in Gaza City, the sources said.
Several additional casualties were reported after an Israeli airstrike hit the entrance to the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. Israeli artillery also shelled southern areas of Rafah, according to local reports.
The latest deaths bring the number of Palestinians killed by the occupation forces since the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement—brokered by Cairo, Doha, Ankara, and Washington, D.C. and signed on 10 October—came into effect to 441, with around 1,223 others wounded, Palestinian health officials said.
Separately, a seven-day-old infant died early Saturday in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza after exposure to extreme cold, medical sources said.
The number of deaths linked to severe weather conditions across the Gaza Strip has risen to more than 15 since the start of the season, amid plummeting temperatures, winter storms, and a partial Israeli blockade on humanitarian aid in violation of the ceasefire.
Health officials and aid agencies have repeatedly warned that displaced families, many sheltering in tents or damaged buildings, face heightened risks due to shortages of shelter, medical care, and heating fuel.
