The convoy, comprising several trucks, was dispatched as part of the ERC's role as Egypt's national mechanism for coordinating humanitarian aid deliveries to the territory.
The shipment included food baskets, flour, medical supplies, relief materials, and petroleum products needed to operate hospitals and vital facilities in the strip, the ERC said.
The convoy also carried essential supplies, including clothing and tents for Palestinians displaced by the war.
The ERC said it has maintained a presence at the border since the start of the crisis, adding that the Rafah crossing has never been closed from the Egyptian side.
The organization said it has kept its logistics centres on standby and continued efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, with total assistance exceeding one million tons through the work of more than 65,000 volunteers.
The latest dispatch comes as Israeli attacks continue to kill Palestinians in Gaza despite the ceasefire announced in October 2025.
Israeli strikes killed at least seven Palestinians on Monday, including an infant and an eight-year-old child, in attacks on Deir Al-Balah and Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis.
Health officials in Gaza said Israeli occupation forces have killed 1,045 Palestinians since the ceasefire took effect, while the overall death toll since October 2023 has exceeded 73,058.
Over the weekend, an Israeli strike on a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in Khan Younis killed 15-year-old Islam Hassan Abu Shamala and her 30-year-old brother, Abdullah, and wounded 22 others.
At least 265 Palestinian children had been killed since the October 2025 ceasefire, according to UNICEF, at the rate of one child a day.
The continuing attacks have compounded the humanitarian crisis in the strip, where hospitals and other vital facilities remain under severe pressure and dependent on fuel, medical supplies, food, and relief materials.
Although UN data covering the period from 19 May 2025 to 8 June 2026 show that 461,777 tons of aid entered Gaza on 29,046 trucks, only 370,744 tons reached their destinations, while 84,521 tons were intercepted in transit.
The data also showed that aid deliveries remained well below the 400 to 600 trucks per day expected under the first phase of the US-brokered Gaza peace plan.
