The statements came as Israeli attacks continued across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip.
A Palestinian woman died from wounds she sustained in an Israeli airstrike on a residential apartment on Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza City.
Similarly, several other Palestinians were wounded after Israeli warplanes struck a residential building near the Zaharna area and an industrial facility near Salah Al-Din Mosque in the Zeitoun neighbourhood. Israeli artillery also shelled eastern parts of Zeitoun.
Israeli aircraft also bombed homes in Beit Lahia and near the Jabalia refugee camp police station, destroyed Al-Noor Mosque and surrounding buildings in the Bureij refugee camp, and struck a house adjacent to the Al-Salah Medical Association in the Maghazi refugee camp.
Israeli forces additionally opened fire south of Khan Younis and east of Al-Qarara in the southern Gaza Strip.
In a statement issued Friday, Hamas said the latest attacks demonstrated that Israel was continuing what it described as a campaign of destruction against civilians despite the ceasefire agreement.
"The intensive Zionist airstrikes on the Gaza Strip over the past few hours, including the destruction of residential and industrial buildings in the Jabalia refugee camp and the neighbourhoods of Al-Yarmouk and Zeiton in Gaza City, and a mosque and its surrounding residential area in the Bureij refugee camp, along with issuing evacuation warnings for several buildings and neighbourhoods, all constitute continuation of the genocidal war against innocent civilians in Gaza and a clear reneging on the ceasefire agreement," the movement said.
Hamas accused the Israeli government of deliberately escalating the conflict and abandoning its obligations under the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement.
"It has become clear that the terrorist occupation government is seeking to escalate the pace of its aggression, renege on all its commitments under the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement, and continue its brutal war, killing, and destruction in Gaza, which have not stopped for a single day since the agreement was signed," the statement said.
The movement called on the United States and other parties involved in the ceasefire negotiations to intervene, arguing that Israel was disregarding its commitments.
"The US administration, as the sponsor of the Sharm El-Sheikh agreement, along with the guarantor states and mediators, must take action to confront the occupation's criminal behavior and the blatant disregard of the war criminal Netanyahu's government towards the mediators' role, as well as to compel it to halt its violations and aggression against our defenseless people," Hamas said.
Since the start of the Israeli war on Gaza, over 73,000 Palestinians have been killed, mostly women and children, and around 174,000 others injured.
