An Israeli drone strike Friday killed three members of the Abdeen family, two brothers and their cousin, outside their family home in al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis.
They were about 100 metres west of the Yellow Line that is meant to separate Israeli forces from the Palestinian population in Gaza.
The force of the strike tore their bodies apart, denying their relatives even a final look or the chance to say goodbye when their remains arrived at Nasser Hospital.
“There is no ceasefire nor a truce. It’s all empty talk. It’s all lies,” Ahmed Abdeen told Drop Site’s Mohamed Ahmed.
“Every day we are suffering and dying. And no one feels for us. They have all abandoned us to die.”
Two separate Israeli strikes killed one person Tel Al-Hawa district in Gaza City, according to health officials at Shifa Hospital.
Israel has killed more than 1,300 Palestinians in Gaza since the October 2025 ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas.
The Abdeen family buried their sons in an emotional ceremony later on Saturday.
In tandem, an Israeli drone struck a house under construction outside Jenin, killing three Palestinians in the first Israeli airstrike on the occupied West Bank in roughly 10 months.
Drop Site contributor Mujahed al-Saadi reported that Israeli forces blocked ambulances from reaching the site and detained Palestinian medical workers who arrived to help.
Another two Palestinians, including a 15-year-old child, were wounded by Israeli forces Saturday morning during a raid on the al-Amari refugee camp in al-Bireh, in Ramallah.
The child was shot in the back and a young man was shot in the leg, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported.
The Palestinian resistance group Hamas condemned the strikes as a “heinous crime.”
Israeli army and settler violence against Palestinians has surged in the West Bank since the start of Israel's Tel Aviv's genocidal war on Gaza in October 2023.
Israeli soldiers or settlers have killed at least 1,100 Palestinians since then, including 87 since the start of 2026, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
