Morocco was the first team to arrive in Cote d'Ivoire on Sunday, but both players missed the trip for different reasons.
The Bayern Munich right-back Mazraoui, 26, was completing a rehabilitation program under the supervision of his club doctors.
Meanwhile, the 23-year old Adli, who also plays with German side Bayer Leverkusen, missed the trip to Cote d'Ivoire after the death of his mother.
Morocco have won the Nations Cup title only once, in the 1976 edition but they are seen as one of the top favorites after their stunning semi-final berth in the 2022 World Cup.
Though, skipper Romain Saiss dismissed this favorit tag and thinks theis might be the toughest AFCON ever.
The upcoming AFCON will be held from 13 January to 11 February.
The Moroccan team will begin their AFCON campaign against Tanzania on January 17th in Group F, which also includes DR Congo and Zambia.
