Following their shocking 2-1 loss to Cape Verde in the AFCON group stage opener on Sunday, the Black Stars find themselves at the bottom of Group B without any points.
"It was a difficult defeat against Cape Verde, but we still have the upcoming game against Egypt, and we must secure a victory," Djiku told reporters after the match.
Ghana is set to face Egypt in their second group stage match on Thursday, with their final group encounter against Mozambique just four days later.
Cape Verde currently leads Group B with three points, holding a two-point advantage over both Egypt and Mozambique, who drew 2-2 in their match on Sunday.
Acknowledging the challenge that lies ahead, Djiku, who plays for Fenerbahce SK, commented: "The game against Egypt will be tough, but nothing is impossible."
"We lost our first game in the group stage, and Egypt had a draw, so we will fight to secure a victory against them," concluded the determined Ghana defender.
