Egypt forward Mohamed Salah scored his first competitive goal with Italian Serie A side AS Roma, sending home a superb volley in a 2-2 draw with Sassuolo on Sunday.
The 23-year-old capitalized on a poor defensive clearance to power a splendid left-footed volley from the edge of the area to make it 2-2 in the 48th minute.
Salah was unlucky not to grab a precious winner with eight minutes remaining when his curling shot was brilliantly tipped away by keeper Andrea Consigli.
He joined the Giallorossi on a season-long loan from English Premier League champions Chelsea this summer following a protracted saga regarding his future.
Salah scored six Serie A goals in the second half of last season while on loan at Fiorentina.
