Zamalek came back from a goal down to beat Alexandria's Ittihad 2-1 at Borg El-Arab Stadium to make it to the Egypt Cup semi-final on Thursday.
The Whites fell down to a first-half goal from Youssef Ibrahim 'Obama', on loan from the Cairo side to Ittihad, before a magnificent free-kick from Shikabala and a strike from Bassem Morsi after the break ensured they overcame the Alexandrians.
Mohamed Helmi's men will now meet Ismaily, who defeated Masri 2-0 in another quarter-final clash, on August 3.
Zamalek are the Egypt Cup holders, having won the title three times in a row during the past three seasons.
