Ahly's winger Walid Soliman is confirmed to be out of the game against Tersana in the 16th round of Egypt's Cup on Wednesday after getting his ribs knocked.

"Soliman underwent medical tests ahead of Monday's training session, while the team's medical staff decided to rest the player until recovering from the injury," read a statement on the club's official website.

Meanwhile, Ahly's forwards Ahmed El-Sheikh and Junior Ajayi will undergo medical tests on Tuesday after suffering from exhaustion to determine whether they will join Egypt's Cup game.

Ahly, the eight-time CAF Champions League title holders, are scheduled to face Wydad of Morocco, a two-time champion, on 18 October in Casablanca in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final.
