Raneem El Weleily went first, handing her opponent Siyola Waters a quick 3-0 defeat (11-4, 11-3, 11-3) in 20 minutes.
It took Engy Khairallah six minutes longer to see off Milnay Louw 3-0 (11-2, 11-9, 11-4), and then Omneya Abdel-Kawy completed the rout by beating Tenille Swartz 3-0 (11-7, 11-9, 11-8) in an entertaining game.
Egypt will face France on Tuesday and then take on Mexico in their last game of the group stage matches on Wednesday.
