Ahly's Egyptian league fixture at Assiouty Sport has been postponed to take place on Monday instead of Sunday, Ahram Arabic news website reported.
The Reds had initial concerns regarding the timing of the away match, citing little time available to fly to the Upper Egypt city of Assiut.
They had even proposed to play the game in Beni Suef, where they would not need to book a flight to a city 110 kilo meters away from Cairo.
But the issue seems to have been resolved after the FA decided to put back the match one day, as Ahly would have sufficient time now to fly to Assuit.
Reigning champions Ahly, who opened their league campaign with a stunning 2-1 defeat to lowly Ragaa, are currently 14th of the league table but have two games in hand.
