Cairo-based clubs Ahly and Zamalek have been paired with Tahta and Nogoum El-Mostaqbal respectively, in the Egypt Cup round of 32.
The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) held the draw for the round of 32 of the Egypt Cup on Tuesday afternoon at their headquarters in Cairo.
Ismailia-based club Ismaily will clash with powerful army-owned Talae El-Geish club, while popular Masry of Port Said will face Alexandria's beloved Ittihad.
The drawing ceremony was led by EFA board member Hamada El-Masry, head of the Egypt Cup committee at the association, with the attendance of representatives of the qualified clubs.
Zamalek, under former coach Ahmed 'Mido' Hossam, won the last edition of the tournament, defeating Smouha in the final.
The full draw is as follows, with matches being played on 15 and 16 January:
