Ahly coach Juan Carlos Garrido said on Thursday that his side should beat Maghreb Tetouan in their Champions League's round of 16 second-leg clash on Saturday, as there is no room for a third defeat.

Ahly were hit by two successive defeats during the past ten days, as they were stunned with a late goal by the Moroccan side away in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16, before losing 1-0 to Arab Contractors in a League game on Monday.

"We have no choice but to overturn our first-leg 1-0 defeat against Moghreb Tetouan to remain in the competition," Ahy's coach told reporters on Thursday.

"We suffered two defeats lately and there is no room for a third defeat."

The Spanish coach, who guided Ahly to win their first Confederation Cup last year, believes that his side were unlucky during the last games, despite what he sees as strong displays from the players.

"We played well during the last games, but we were unlucky," he said. "We will continue in our playing style, hoping that luck will help us this time."

Asked about his future with the club if they lost against Moghreb Tetouan, Garrido refused to answer.
