The Zamalek crew of 36 members, including 20 players, flew to the Democratic Republic of Congo on Friday morning to face Sanga Balende in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup round of 16 on Sunday.

The Cairo giants' coach, Jesualdo Ferreira, has officially named 20 players for the crucial game, excluding summer signings Burkinabe Abdullah Cisse, Ahmed Dwidar and Youssef Obama.

Last week Zamalek officially complained to the Confederation of African Football that Sanga Balende had delayed informing them of the game venue.

Zamalek, who are bidding for their first cup, eliminated Morocco's FUS Rabat in round 32.
