Zamalek coach Jesualdo Ferreira doesn't think about his opponents' results during matches, he says, concentrating only on the three points available.
Zamalek smashed Ittihad El-Shorta 5-1 in the Egyptian Premier League on Thursday, and Ferreira praised his team's performance.
"The players performed well during the game and they deserved the game's points," he told reporters after the game.
Zamalek are leading the Egyptian Premier League table with 69 points, eight points more than runners-up ENPPI and eleven more that arch-rivals Ahly, who are in third place.
"I don't care about the opponents' results, as I play each game to win to save the points," the Zamalek tactician added.
"I ask Zamalek fans to be confident of the players as the team has the best players in the Egyptian Premier League," Ferreira concluded.
