Zamalek manager Jesualdo Ferreira will have to do without two forwards against Tunisia's Sfaxien in the Africa Confederation Cup group stage opener.
Ahmed Eid Abdel-Malek and Basem Morsi are suspended for being shown their second yellow card.
The Cairo-based club’s home match is scheduled for either 26, 27 or 28 June.
Zamalek made it into the group stage after their Sunday's 3-1 home win over DR Congo's Sanga Balende.
Beside Sfaxien, they are competing in Group B with South Africa's Orlando Pirates and AC Leopards of DR Congo.
Their archrivals Ahly, the title-holders who eliminated Tunisia's Club Africain also Sunday, are playing in Group A that includes Stade Malien of Mali and Tunisian duo Esperance and Etoile Sahel.
