Said will stay at Zamalek

Zamalek’s football director Ibrahim Hassan confirmed the team’s technical staff want to keep defender Hany Said

Said was linked with a three year contract which will expire this summer; the player could leave Zamalek in a free transfer.

“Renewing Said’s contract is one of the team's priorities and we are keen to keep him for the next season,” Zamalek's football director told Ahram Online.

The 30-year-old defender was a permanent substitute with Zamalek’s squad this seaon and reports hinted at a move to Ahly for the summer.

On the other hand, midfielder Hassan Moustapha agreed to renew his contract with Zamalek for another two years.

The former Ahly midfielder will receive LE2,400,000 per season.
