Ahly have been drawn to face Gouna in the round of 16 of the Egypt Cup, while title holders Zamalek will play Haras El-Hodoud in the same round of the tournament.

"The Egypt Cup's rounds of 16 and 8 draw was held at the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) headquarters on Saturday," EFA spokesman Azmi Megahed told Ahram Online after the draw.

"It will be left up to competition committee boss Amer Hussein to set the dates, according to the league games and national teams' commitment," the EFA spokesman added.
