Zamalek midfielder Shikabala is suffering from flu as his team prepare for their African Champions League match with Tanzania's Young Africans on 18 February.

Injured keeper Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed and midfielder Ibrahim Salah are still training individually as part of their injury rehabilitation programs.

The Whites will play two friendlies, against Future Stars on Friday and Ittisalat on Monday, in preparation for their match against the Tanzanian side.

All domestic football competitions have been suspended following the Port Said football disaster that left 74 Ahly supporters dead and over one thousand injured on 1 February.

Board members of Ahly and Zamalek agreed on Wednesday to play a friendly on 11 March after Ahly's 40-day mourning period has ended.
