Ahmed Gomaa scored either side of the interval to lead Masry to a 2-0 victory against Cot d'Or of Seychelles and send them to the Confederation Cup group stage on Sunday.
It was an easy ride for the Port Said-based side, who had a comfortable 4-0 first-leg advantage.
The big scoreline in the first leg allowed coach Ihab Galal to reshuffle his team in order to give some action to his players.
Gomaa headed home in the 21st minute from close range as he met a precise cross from Farid Shawky.
Masry totally dominated the game in terms of possession and Palestinian striker Mahmoud Wadi was denied twice by the woodwork.
But it was Gomaa who netted again in the 78th minute as he fired home on the rebound following a shot from Amr Moussa.
The group stage draw will be held on 10 November.
