Egyptian Premier League side Beni Suef Telephones have appointed Talaat Youssef as their new manager to replace Ashrar Kasem.

The 57-year-old has previously managed Ittihad of Alexandria, El-Geish and Masry.

The club hasn't revealed details about the financial deal or the coaching staff.

Kasem left Beni Suef amicably after leading them to 11th in the Premier League table before the season was cancelled on 1 February due to Port Said disaster.
