The decision comes a few days after the newly-formed Premier League approved a partial return of fans in stadiums starting from the first round of the Egyptian Premier League’s new season.
"Being vaccinated against the coronavirus will be a must to attend football games starting in the new season," Ebada told On Time Sports TV channel.
"If the supporter has already registered to attend the African Cup of Nations or the U23-Afircan Cup of Nations in 2019 in Egypt, he doesn't need to register for a new FAN ID, but he will get a new one that proves he was vaccinated," he added.
Egypt held all football games behind closed doors in the last year and half due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“The interior ministry has agreed to allow 1,000 supporters of each club to attend league games starting in the new season 2021/2022,” Ahmed Diab, the CEO of the Premier League, announced during the draw for the League’s new season on Tuesday.
The new season will begin on 25 October with the participation of 18 clubs.
"The prices of the new season's tickets will be announced within two days. Any other news about pricing are just rumours," Ebada concluded.
Zamalek won the Egyptian Premier League title last season.
