"The venue and kick-off time will be announced in due course," CAF said in a brief statement on its official website.
CAF said last month the annual one-off match would be held in February next year. However, it changed course because the Club World Cup and the opening rounds of the African Champions League will take place in the same month.
Raja, which said CAF had made the decision at short notice, demanded that the game be delayed, citing travel restrictions in Morocco due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, their request was turned down.
Ahly, who retained their Champions League crown after beating South Africa's Kaizer Chiefs 3-0 in last season's final, are also the reigning Super Cup champions, having beaten Morocco's RS Berkane 2-0 last May in a game that also took place in Doha.
The Red Devils are the record African Super Cup winners with seven titles while Raja won the competition twice.
