Bayer El-Mohamadi opened the scoring in the 13th minute from the spot and Abdel-Rahman Magdi secured the full points of the game in the 76th minute.
The victory maintained a perfect debut for new coach Hamza El-Gamal, who was appointed in early May, to claim wins over Masry 3-2 and Ceramica Cleopatra 2-0 respectively.
El-Gamal, a former iconic defender of Ismaily, is the fourth coach to take over the team following Talaat Youssef, Argentinean Juan Brown and Hamad Ibrahim in an attempt to rescue the season.
The Dervishes have been the bottom side since the beginning of the season. However, four victories in their last six games lifted them to the 16th place of the 18-team table with 17 points after 18 games.
