The CAS fined Ismaily $600,000 last June as a result of complaint from Jaziri who accused the Dervishes of freezing him and not paying his salary.
“The CAS letter did not determine the transfer ban period but the suspension will be activated until Ismaily pay the dues,” reads a statement by the EFA.
The 32-year-old Tunisian player joined Ismaily in July 2018 in a free transfer and he played 12 matches, scoring three goals, but in January 2019 the Egyptian team put the player on the waiting list and did not register him in their squad or pay his salary.
Jaziri became a free agent till July 2019 when he joined Saudi team Al-Nahda then he joined Tunisian side US Ben Guerdane in August 2021.
Ismaily are 13th in the Egyptian Premier League current season table with 26 points after playing 24 games so far this season.
