Aswan Moroccan midfielder Ahmed Belhadji
The White Knights are looking to find a replacement for team’s international midfielder Emam Ashour who is on the verge of leaving the club to join Danish club FC Midtjylland.
The 25-year-old produced a string of strong displays with Aswan, scoring twice and provided 7 assists in 16 games.
He joined Aswan last summer on a free transfer from Andorran Inter Club d'Escaldes.
Belhadji is Zamalek’s second new signing in this winter transfer window after NBE striker Nasser Mansi who joined the club earlier this week.
The defending champions are struggling in the Egyptian league this season as they lie fourth of the table with 29 points, eight points behind leaders Ahly who still have match on hand.
