A poor clearance from keeper Mahmoud “Gennesh” Abdel-Rehim fell into the path of Hamza Igmane to break the deadlock from close range in the 30th minute.
Future FC pressed FAR Rabat back in the latter stages of the second half but they struggled to create clear chances.
In the 90th minute Ivorian midfielder Lamine Diakite shot a 25-yard free kick that bounced off the wall to wrongfoot the keeper and secure the full points of the game.
While FAR Rabat have gone clear on top of Group C with 7 points, Future FC have dropped to third with only two points behind Pyramids FC who claimed a 1-0 win over ASKO Kara earlier in the day.
