Both teams are in the same group, with Pyramids FC currently sitting in second place with five points, two points ahead of leaders FAR Rabat.
Future FC, on the other hand, are third with two points from three games.
Future FC are in a must win situation to keep their slim hopes alive in the competition.
However, their run during the competition so far has been unconvincing, with two draws and a loss in their previous three games.
“We will have a tough mission against a very good team,” said a Future FC coach Aly Maher at the pre-match news conference.
“We still have a chance in the competition as there are three games remaining with nine points. We will do our best to win the game and we are ready to achieve our mission,” he added.
Meanwhile, Pyramids FC should have an easier time against ASKO de Cara, despite playing the game away from home. The Egyptian team boasts many experienced players, including veteran midfielder Abdallah El-Said, Ali Gabr, and Ahmed Fathi, who could help the team claim a win in Togo.
Pyramids FC claimed an easy 1-0 win against ASKO de Cara at the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo. However, they will be missing the efforts of classy winger Ramadan Sobhi due to injury.
Pyramids FC are widely considered favorites to clinch one of the two qualifying tickets of the group and are one of the title contenders in the competition.
