"Security officials have agreed to allow 52,000 supporters to attend the game against Morocco's Raja in the CAF Champions League," read a statement on Ahly's official website on Sunday.

Ahly will host Raja in the first leg of the CAF Champions League quarterfinals on Saturday, 22 April, at Cairo Stadium, with the Red Devils aiming to make use of the home advantage to ease their mission.

The Cairo giants secured their place in the prestigious tournament's quarterfinals after finishing as runners-up in Group B, while Raja finished as leaders of Group C, amassing an impressive 16 points, the highest among all participants in the group stage.

Raja will host Ahly in the second leg at Stade Mohammed V on 29 April to determine the team that will advance to the continental tournament's semifinals.
