Last month, Ahly clinched the Egypt Cup title for the 2021/2022 season - their 38th overall - will face Suez SC, a second division team.
Meanwhile, Zamalek, who have 28 Egypt Cup titles, will play against Proxy SC, another second division team.
The games for round of 32 of the Egypt Cup will be played from 6 May to 12 May, while the quarterfinal games will be played between 25 May and 30 May.
