With 58 points, Baladeyet El-Mahalla topped their group, three points ahead of second-placed Tanta, who were held to a 1-1 draw by Mansoura on the same day.
Baladeyet El-Mahalla made their first appearance in the Pro League in 1993, when they finished fifth in their debut season.
However, they were relegated to the second division in 1998 before returning three years later.
Their last appearance in the Pro League was in the 2007-2008 season.
Baladeyet El-Mahalla will join ZFC, who secured their place in the next season’s Pro League after leading the Cairo Group, earlier this week.
The third promoted team will be revealed on Thursday.
