The Red Sea-based team finished first in the Upper Egypt Group with 69 points, just one point ahead of second-placed La Viena FC, who defeated Assmant Asyut 3-1 on the same day.
Gouna FC first appearance in the top league back in 2009, but they were relegated in 2015.
After three seasons, they returned to the Premier League, only to be relegated again in 2022.
They will join Zed FC and Baladeyet El-Mahalla, who secured their place in the next year’s first division earlier this week.
