Zamalek to face Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr in Arab Cup on 3 August

Cairo Giants Zamalek will face Saudi club Al-Nassr, led by five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal, on August 3 at the King Fahd Stadium in the Saudi city of Taif.

Zamalek draw Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr in Arab Champions League

The Union of Arab Football Association (UEFA) released King Salman's Clubs Cup Group stage fixtures on Thursday.

Consequently, Zamalek, who are drawn in Group C, will start the Group stage on 28 July against Tunisian side US Monastir before taking on another Saudi Club, Al-Shabab, three days later.

Zamalek are Egypt's only representatives in the tournament after Ahly withdrew, and Talae El-Gaish were knocked out in the playoff round by Ittihad of Libya.

The tournament winner will receive $6 million.
