Future, who are enjoying a successful second season among the elites, are in third place with 57 points from 31 matches, picking up 15 wins, 12 draws and suffering four defeats while scoring 32 goals and conceding 19.
The Red Devils have yet to lose a league game this campaign and another win against Future would put them in a strong position to reclaim the title lost to arch rivals Zamalek over the past two seasons.
Ahly are firm favorites against a Future side seeking to bounce back from last week's 2-0 loss to Masry.
When the two sides met in the first round of fixtures this season, they played out a 1-1 draw.
