Two goals from Ahmed "Zizo" Sayed helped Zamalek make a brilliant comeback from a 2-0 deficit and beat Future FC 3-2 victory and climb into third place in the Egyptian Premier League on Saturday.

Future FC took an early lead in the eighth minute as attacking midfielder Nasser Maher capitalized on a mistake from Zamalek defender Hamza Mathlouthi to score.

Striker Ahmed Atef doubled the lead in the 25th minute after receiving a brilliant assist from Joseph Jonathan.

However, Zamalek's Zizo scored just before the break with a dominant display outside the area.

Nasser Mansi equalized for Zamalek with a sharp finish from a corner kick to end the first half at 2-2.

More Zizo!

In the 54th minute, Zizo completed his brace to give Zamalek the lead for the first time in the game.

Future FC's hopes of a comeback were dashed when defender Ali Lotfi was shown a red card for a dangerous attack against substitute Ahmed Fattouh just four minutes before the final whistle.

With the win, the White Knights are now third in the table with 59 points, one point ahead of fourth-placed Future FC, who have played one more game.

Zamalek's next match will be against their arch-rivals and league title contenders, Ahly, in a postponed game from matchday 31 on Thursday.
