Dakhleya survived the drop by defeating Aswan 4-2. Abdel-Rahman El Banouby and Rasheed Ahmed scored crucial injury tine goals to secure the three points and take Dakhleya's tally to 35 points, placing them 15th in the league.
Aswan, with 33 points, dropped to the 16th spot, into relegation.
Despite Talae El-Gaish's 4-2 defeat to Pyramids FC, they managed to secure their place in next season's competition by keeping their 14th place with 36 points.
Meanwhile, Ghazl El-Mahalla have also been relegated after losing 2-1 to already relegated Haras El-Hodoud, who occupied the last spot with 24 points. The defeat meant that Ghazl El-Mahalla finished 17th in the league, with 32 points, and will play in the second division next season.
