With 81 points from 31 games, Ahly had already mathematically secured the title before beating Zamalek and Arab Contractors.
They are now 11 points clear of second-placed Pyramids FC, who have played 33 games.
Ahly coach Marcel Koller gave the chance to several youth players such as Karim El-Debiss, Tunisian winger Mohamed Dhaoui, and Ahmed Nabil, who got a rare start.
Malian midfielder Aliou Dieng put the Red Devils ahead after 17 minutes, but Joseph Ochaya leveled the score eight minutes later.
Ahly regained their lead in the second half, thanks to Mohamed Sherif, who made it 2-1 seven minutes after the break.
Former Arab Contractors winger Taher Mohamed scored twice against his boyhood club in the 68th minute before converting a penalty one minute from time, sealing the victory for Ahly.
Ahly's next match will be against relegated side Harras El-Hodoud in another delayed game on Wednesday.
