Mozambican forward Luis Miquisson
In a statement released on Tuesday, the club revealed that the 27-year-old had waived his remaining dues from the two seasons left in his contract.
Miquissone had joined Ahly in the summer of 2021 from Tanzanian club Simba, where he represented the Red Devils in 21 games, scoring five goals.
He failed to make an impact with the Egyptian Champions and spent the last season on loan at Saudi side Abha.
The Mozambican forward was deemed a surplus for coach Marcel Koller who wants to make way for a new foreign forward to boost his front line.
